Burke Blue is pleased to welcome Matt Hutt, as an associate attorney with the firm’s family law department.  Matt is a third generation Bay Countian, born and raised in Panama City, and a graduate of Bay High School.  Mr. Hutt brings valuable experience in family law and litigation, as well as experience in banking law, business law, civil litigation, estate planning and personal injury.  Mr. Hutt received his juris doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee.

Burke Blue is pleased to welcome Daniel Rosenheim, a native of Walton County, as a partner with the firm’s ligation department.  Mr. Rosenheim brings valuable experience in civil ligation along with experience in business law, real estate law, real estate development and land use.  Mr. Rosenheim received his juris doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law and graduated summa cum laude from Western Carolina University majoring in Criminology and Criminal Justice.

Burke Blue is pleased to welcome Tristan LaNasa, a local of Santa Rosa Beach, as an associate attorney with the firm’s real estate and litigation department.  Mr. LaNasa brings valuable experience in general civil litigation with an emphasis on real property along with experience in state court litigation, business general counsel, lobbying, employment law and local government.  Mr. LaNasa received his juris doctorate from Florida State University College of Law and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication Journalism from the University of Florida.

Mr. Clark T. Rogers, Jr. a Partner at Burke Blue has been selected as the recipient of The Florida Bar President’s Pro Bono Service Award for 2023 for the 14th Judicial Circuit. Mr. Rogers offered his time and professional expertise to make legal representation available to those who otherwise were not able to afford an attorney. He will be honored with a ceremony in January, 2023 by the Florida Bar and the Justices of the Supreme Court of Florida. We are very proud of Mr. Rogers and pleased to have him a part of the Burke Blue family.

We are pleased to announce that Clark T. Rogers and Natalie A. McSwane are now partners of Burke Blue. Mr. Rogers and Ms. McSwane are an integral part of our firm and we are excited to have them both with us.

We are honored to announce Clark T. Rogers is now a partner of Burke Blue.

Mr. Rogers is a native of Panama City and joined our firm in 2011. He is a graduate from the University of Florida, and eared his juris doctorate from Wake Forest University Worrell School of Law. His area of practice is banking and credit unions, civil litigation and appeals, foreclosure litigation, landlord/tenant law, real estate law and all areas of family law.

Mr. Rogers is an integral part of our firm and we are excited to have him with us.

We are honored to announce Natalie A. McSwane is now a partner of Burke Blue.

Ms. McSwane moved to Florida in 2006 and joined our firm in 2016. Prior to pursuing her law degree, she worked as a deputy sheriff, first in New Mexico and then in Pasco County, Florida. She is a graduate of New Mexico State University, and earned her juris doctorate as a Magna Cum Laude graduate from WMU Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Her area of practice is eminent domain, employment law, estate planning, land use, law enforcement law, local government law, real estate law, and wills, trust and estates.

Ms. McSwane is an integral part of our firm and we are excited to have her with us.

Burke Blue is pleased to welcome Jon Gronbeck, a native of the Panama City area, as an associate attorney with the firms litigation department.  Mr. Gronbeck brings valuable experience in real property title issues and contract disputes. Mr. Gronbeck received his J.D./MA from American University Washington College of Law and School of International Service in Washington, D.C. and graduated with dual B.A. degrees in International Studies and Spanish with a minor in Business Administration from Louisiana State University.

Burke Blue is pleased to welcome Nicholas Caruso as an associate attorney with the firms real estate and litigation department.  Mr. Caruso received his J.D. degree from Samford, Cumberland School of Law and graduated with a B.S. in Environmental Science, with a Minor in Business for Auburn University. After graduating from Auburn University and Cumberland, Nick worked as an Environmental and Construction Consultant in Montgomery, Alabama.
