We are pleased to announce that Clark T. Rogers and Natalie A. McSwane are now partners of Burke Blue. Mr. Rogers and Ms. McSwane are an integral part of our firm and we are excited to have them both with us.

We are honored to announce Clark T. Rogers is now a partner of Burke Blue.

Mr. Rogers is a native of Panama City and joined our firm in 2011. He is a graduate from the University of Florida, and eared his juris doctorate from Wake Forest University Worrell School of Law. His area of practice is banking and credit unions, civil litigation and appeals, foreclosure litigation, landlord/tenant law, real estate law and all areas of family law.

Mr. Rogers is an integral part of our firm and we are excited to have him with us.

We are honored to announce Natalie A. McSwane is now a partner of Burke Blue.

Ms. McSwane moved to Florida in 2006 and joined our firm in 2016. Prior to pursuing her law degree, she worked as a deputy sheriff, first in New Mexico and then in Pasco County, Florida. She is a graduate of New Mexico State University, and earned her juris doctorate as a Magna Cum Laude graduate from WMU Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Her area of practice is eminent domain, employment law, estate planning, land use, law enforcement law, local government law, real estate law, and wills, trust and estates.

Ms. McSwane is an integral part of our firm and we are excited to have her with us.

Burke Blue is pleased to welcome Jon Gronbeck, a native of the Panama City area, as an associate attorney with the firms litigation department.  Mr. Gronbeck brings valuable experience in real property title issues and contract disputes. Mr. Gronbeck received his J.D./MA from American University Washington College of Law and School of International Service in Washington, D.C. and graduated with dual B.A. degrees in International Studies and Spanish with a minor in Business Administration from Louisiana State University.

Burke Blue is pleased to welcome Nicholas Caruso as an associate attorney with the firms real estate and litigation department.  Mr. Caruso received his J.D. degree from Samford, Cumberland School of Law and graduated with a B.S. in Environmental Science, with a Minor in Business for Auburn University. After graduating from Auburn University and Cumberland, Nick worked as an Environmental and Construction Consultant in Montgomery, Alabama.
