Daniel S. Rosenheim is native of Walton County and a partner at Burke Blue. Daniel assists clients with a wide variety of legal services, advice and representation in a myriad of topics including Real Estate Law, Real Estate Development and Land Use, Civil Litigation, and Business Law.
Prior to law school Mr. Rosenheim graduated summa cum laude from Western Carolina University where he majored in Criminology and Criminal Justice. After receiving his bachelors, Daniel attended Florida Coastal School of Law where he earned the position as Research and Writing Editor of the Law Review. While on Law Review, Daniel’s Article, Constitutional Implications Arising from Federal and State Vaccination Mandates, was selected for publication. During his tenure in law school, Mr. Rosenheim worked under Claims Counsel with Fidelity National Title and was a constitutional law research assistant.
Daniel currently serves as President of the Walton County Bar Association He resides in Freeport with his wife, Lindsey, and their three children. When the opportunity presents itself, Daniel enjoys spending his time in the outdoors both hunting and fishing.
